Easy Restaurant Salsa

Easy Mexican restaurant salsa at home in 5 minutes. 

Ingredients

  • 1 (14.5 oz can) fire roasted diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 bunch of cilantro, stems included (20g or 0.7 oz cilantro with stems)
  • 3 slivers of red onion (15g or 0.5 oz of red onion)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 lime, juiced

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until everything is well combined.
  3. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour or overnight. (Optional) I love the way this salsa tastes the colder it gets!
